Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from InterDieselParts, a brand operated by Nomadis Trade & Distribution LLC.

Return Eligibility

  • All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Customers must contact InterDieselParts and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning any product. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.
  • InterDieselParts reserves the right to refuse any return that does not have a valid RMA number.

Return Address

  • Return addresses may vary depending on the product and return reason.
  • All returns must be shipped only to the address provided in the return authorization instructions. Returns sent to an incorrect address may result in additional freight charges deducted from the refund.

Condition of Returned Products

All returned products must be in new, unused, and resalable condition.

Items must:

  • Be clean and free of oil, grease, or installation marks

  • Be returned in their original packaging

  • Include all parts, hardware, manuals, and accessories

InterDieselParts reserves the right to refuse credit for items returned in unsaleable condition, including damaged, dirty, or broken packaging.

Items that have been installed, used, or modified are not eligible for return.

Sealed packages, gasket sets, and other sealed components cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Installed or used parts

  • Opened gasket kits or broken seals

  • Special order items

  • Obsolete or discontinued products

  • Electrical components if the packaging has been opened or the item has been installed

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 10 % restocking fee.

Any original freight or shipping costs paid by InterDieselParts will also be deducted from the refund amount.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to damage or an error made by InterDieselParts.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Claims for shipping damage, shortages, or incorrect items must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.

Damage claims should be reported within 7 days of receiving the item and must include photos of the product and packaging.

Returns due to errors made by InterDieselParts or shipping damage will not be subject to a restocking fee.

Warranty Claims

Warranty claim processing may take 30–60 days, which allows time for inspection and evaluation of the returned item.

Warranty approval is determined after inspection of the returned product.

Product Changes

Nomadis Trade & Distribution LLC reserves the right to make process or design improvements that do not affect the fit or function of the product without prior notice.

We also reserve the right to supply an alternative part number if the replacement part provides the same fit and function as the originally ordered product.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Limitation of Liability

InterDieselParts and Nomadis Trade & Distribution LLC are not responsible for labor costs, vehicle downtime, towing charges, loss of use, or any other incidental or consequential damages related to the installation or use of our products.

Additional Notes

  • Return requests will not be accepted after 30 days from delivery

  • Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery

  • Return packages containing products not purchased from InterDieselParts will not be processed
