Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all sales made by InterDieselParts, operated by NOMADIS TRADE & DISTRIBUTION LLC, a Florida limited liability company.

By placing an order with InterDieselParts, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Deposits

All orders must be prepaid unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Custom orders require a minimum 50% non-refundable deposit of the total invoice amount before any parts are ordered.

The remaining 50% balance must be paid before shipment.

Parts will not be ordered or processed until the required deposit is received.

Clerical errors, pricing errors, and obvious omissions are subject to correction.

2. Order Cancellation & Restocking Fees

All cancelled orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Shipping charges, freight costs, and special-order fees are non-refundable.

InterDieselParts reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, including but not limited to:

Out-of-stock items
Obsolete or discontinued products
Orders with mismatched billing and shipping information
Pricing errors or system inaccuracies
Suspected fraudulent transactions

Customers are encouraged to confirm product availability prior to placing an order.

3. Order Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided based on information from suppliers and freight carriers.

InterDieselParts does not guarantee estimated delivery dates and shall not be liable for delays beyond its control.

If a customer chooses to cancel an order due to delays, applicable restocking fees and freight charges will apply.

4. Freight Charges & Shipping

InterDieselParts does not profit from standard freight charges.

If expedited shipping is requested, additional charges will apply and are passed directly to the customer.

Once an order has shipped, freight charges are non-refundable, even if the order is later cancelled.

5. International Freight Charges

International freight will be quoted upon request.

InterDieselParts is not responsible for:

Lost international shipments
Delays caused by customs
Import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees

If actual freight costs exceed the quoted amount due to weight, carrier adjustments, or other factors, the customer is responsible for paying the balance within 10 days of notice.

International orders require a minimum purchase amount of $700 USD.

6. Delivered Order Discrepancies

Customers must report discrepancies:

Within 5 business days of invoice date for domestic orders
Within 30 days for international orders

Failure to report discrepancies within the applicable timeframe releases InterDieselParts from responsibility.

InterDieselParts reserves the right to:

Make product design or process changes without prior notice, provided fit and function are not adversely affected.
Substitute equivalent part numbers when necessary, provided compatibility and functionality remain unchanged.

7. Part Failures & Warranty Claims

Most products sold by InterDieselParts carry a manufacturer’s limited warranty (refer to Warranty Policy).

If a part failure occurs:

A Warranty Claim Authorization (RMA) must be obtained prior to return.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or credited.

Warranty claims are subject to manufacturer inspection and approval.

8. Product Liability & Indemnification

Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless InterDieselParts, NOMADIS TRADE & DISTRIBUTION LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or attorney fees arising from:

Improper installation
Misuse of products
Modifications or alterations
Use outside intended applications

If a claim arises due to specifications supplied by the buyer, the buyer shall defend such claims at its own expense.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The total liability of InterDieselParts and NOMADIS TRADE & DISTRIBUTION LLC shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

InterDieselParts shall not be liable for:

Incidental damages
Indirect damages
Special or punitive damages
Loss of profits
Loss of vehicle use
Downtime
Personal injury or property damage

Some states may not allow certain limitations; therefore, portions of this limitation may not apply.

10. Intellectual Property & Infringement

Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless InterDieselParts from any claims related to patent, copyright, trademark, or trade secret infringement arising from specifications provided by the buyer.

Sale of products does not grant the buyer any license or rights to:

Patents
Trade secrets
Manufacturing drawings
Proprietary processes

11. Territory Restrictions

Due to manufacturer agreements and territorial restrictions, certain brands may not be available for sale outside the United States.

Customers outside the United States must contact InterDieselParts to confirm brand eligibility for their region before placing an order.

12. Pricing

All pricing is subject to change without notice.

InterDieselParts reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

13. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Exclusive venue for any dispute shall be located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
